Vallée-des-Forts Bikeway

Located on the left bank of the Richelieu River, with a distance of 49.3 km, the Vallée-des-Forts cycle route takes you to the American borders. Starting from Vieux-Saint-Jean, the route crosses several municipalities such as Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Blaise-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Paul-de-l’Île-aux-Noix, Saint-Valentin, to finally reach Lacolle. Enjoyed by experienced cyclists, this route alternates between paved cycle paths and provincial road shoulders, providing a pleasant experience through lightly traveled country rows.
